Forsaken Hero is a Christian Contemporary band based out of Virginia. Their first EP with their current lineup "Anthem was released on June 1st 2019. Forsaken Hero has been a band since 2011 and has had many opportunities in their ministry throughout the years. Forsaken Hero has shared the stage with many artists, such as SKILLET, FOR KING AND COUNTRY, opening for Stryper many times, They have also shared the stage with Ryan Stevenson, Caitie Hurst, Sidewalk Prophets, Jordan Feliz, Newsong, Citizen Way, JJ Weeks Band, Finding Favour, Building 429, Stars Go Dim, FireFlight, The Protest, Decyfer Down, Seventh Day Slumber, Remedy Drive, and more! Lead singers Casey and Emily Price have also shared the stage with Newsong singing backup on one of their songs at Winterjam in Knoxville Tennessee in 2017 and then opened for Newsong in 2018. Forsaken Hero's ep Anthem features the song Masterpiece produced by Jake Jones of We As Human and As We Ascend and features Tate Olsen Celloist for SKILLET, as well as Josiah Prince of Disciple producing three of the songs, and most of the songs are Mastered by Nathan Dantzler (who has also mastered Tobymac, Hillsong, Crowder, Kari Jobe, One Direction, etc) and the EP also features the Hit song "Born In Bethlehem" that hit Billboard Charts three times and Christian Music Weekly twice! On November 8th 2019, Forsaken Hero released,"I Will (Neon Feather Remix)" digitally world wide. It now has over 100k streams on streaming platforms. In 2020 while in Quarantine, Forsaken Hero decided to write and self produce a new EP "Quarantine Tapes" which came out on June 19th of 2020! Each song features another guest artist recording their parts Qaurantined in their own homes, Including Lori Peters former Drummer of Skillet and her husband Chris George from the band Emerald Escape, Rico Thomas of Newsong, weRcalled, Grand Theft Pineapple, Dan Curry and more! Forsaken Hero and weRcalled were Nominated for a Dove Award by the Gospel Music Association for their song, "Drop Your Chains" off of Quarantine Tapes.
